Since the company founded Dunhua Zhengxing Abrasive has its own laboratory, which has physical inspection facilities like Beckman Coulter Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer, Malvern Master Sizer, Engelsmann Jolting Volumeter and a full set of chemical compound inspection equipments. We guarantee our quality by Granularity inspection and chemical analysis during the production process based on the physical and chemical index stated in the contracts and the company's internal quality standards. 

By continuously controlling quality and communicating with customers, we are continually coming up with new developments, optimizing products or finding new applications. For example, the newest developed project of High Quality Powder of Boron Carbide, which created by our laboratory, has been approved and gained the funds supporting from National Torch Project raised by Science & Technology Department of P.R.C. Therefore, in the year of 2007 Dunhua Zhengxing Abrasive has been rewarded as National Important Hi-Tech Enterprise by Science & Technology Department of P.R.C. 

In addition our technology center is well equipped with most advanced particle size testing and chemical analysis instruments. There are Beckman Coulter LS Particle Size Analyzer, Malvern Mastersizer 2000, J. Engelsmann AG STAVII, LECO TC 400 and LECO CS-230 and professional equipped chemical analytic laboratory. On-line inspection and analysis keep production running with quality output. Our goal is to guarantee a 100% qualified final product.
